Town of Hilton Head Approves Design of
Beach Club Redevelopment
On Tuesday, June 11, 2013 the Town
of Hilton Head Design Review Board met to consider the final design submission
by the Sea Pines Resort for the redeveloped Beach Club. As a result of an
obviously thorough evaluation by the members of the Board, the plan was
unanimously approved. The members of the Design Review Board variously
described the plan for the Beach Club as
"excellent...fabulous...exciting." While additional approvals are
necessary from the Town and the Sea Pines ARB, construction is scheduled to begin
in the fall of 2013 with completion in spring of 2014.
